TEACHERS
SALLY RYAN
Sally Ryan is an experienced portrait artist and teacher. She has been commissioned to paint portraits for a range of notable Australian institutions, including the Victorian Parliament and the Catholic Archdiocese of Sydney. She has also been a finalist in a number of Australia’s most significant art prizes, including the Archibald, the Doug Moran National Portrait Prize and the Portia Geach. Sally has been teaching classical drawing and painting for a number of years.

BEN RYAN
Ben Ryan is a classically-trained artist who spent several years studying intensively at the Julian Ashton Art School in Sydney. He also spent a short time painting at the Florence Academy of Art. He has been a finalist in several major Australian art prizes and has completed a number of commissioned portraits, including two former headmasters of Sydney Grammar St Ives. He currently teaches at several Sydney art institutions.

SANDRA BRAND
Sandra Brand has studied traditional art for several years at a variety of different schools including the Julian Ashton Art School, Jerusalem Studio School, Academy of Fine Art Germany, and Hamley Studio. She has worked as a commercial artist and enjoys combining painting from life with imaginative elements.
